RAMJO COUNCILS SELECT E-VIS AS LEADING CANDIDATE FOR STREAMLINED DATA ACCESS AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

At the start of the year, several councils within RAMJO collaborated to explore a unified approach towards creating a streamlined and effective data access and management system. Their aim was to develop a single or joint API solution that could be used by up to ten councils on a voluntary basis. Various proposals were submitted over a period of 6 weeks and a rigorous evaluation process was followed.

We are delighted to share that E-VIS has been identified as the leading candidate. Rod Croft, Director of Planning and Environment has confirmed that E-VIS was one of the companies which was able to demonstrate excellent interface with the ePlanning Portal and able to include a mandatory document function (validation engine) prior to further progression of an application. Additionally, E-VIS demonstrated exceptional ease of use, which played a crucial role in their selection as one of the leading companies to implement this project.

This is a major milestone for our organization and being shortlisted is a testament to our team’s skill and hard work. Our teams’ deep expertise in the field, innovative approach and strong collaboration have been the key factors in our success.
