Mildura Rural City Council has recently signed on to collaborate and transition to our online approvals system, Greenlight.

Greenlight which has been widely recognized for its innovation, has always delivered on its promises about its seamless integration to various Council systems. Customers can easily transition into the hassle-free option of submitting their applications online and keeping track of the same with a few clicks.

Integration with Greenlight will allow the council to leverage advantages such as capturing, receiving and actioning planning permits and building related activities at a single point. This will save staff time and effort in processing the applications along with simplifying the user experience.

By using Greenlight all stakeholders within the council would get a single real time view of the activities within planning and building department. Council managers and executives would have access to all the critical information via various reports and dashboards. Planners could then communicate efficiently with both internal and external referral agencies. 

The final Go Live for the transition is projected to be around May 2022.
